Hightower Plugin Changes:
Increased Spawn Uber Protection to 1.5 Seconds
Removed Damage Penalty from 5-8th Jumper Rockets.
Map Changes:
Fixed Engineers Building in Spawn
Reverted a Couple Ladders Back to Instant Slide Ramps
Reverted Changes to the JumpPad Launch Location (They still give you particles)
Reverted the Bottom Spawn Doors
Added a Speed Boost to The Lounges Hallways
Added a Push Trigger to Prevent Players Getting Stuck when Falling Off the Map
Made the Sniper Sight Blocking Signs Non-Solid to Players (They still block bullets/rockets but they allow players to rocket jump past them without bonking their head)
Changed the Teleport Effect to be Much More Subtle
Welcome to Custom Hightower C1! The C stands for Classic.
Hightower "Classic" takes the unreleased R15 while removing the cliffs and associated secrets to bring the focus back to PVP.
We are moving away from secrets and are focusing on the balance of PVP.
This is just C1 so things are still open for discussion/balance for PVP. Don't be afraid to speak up. If you think you have idea's on map balance mention them and we can discuss them.

Cloaked Spies Now Blink When Using the Jump Pads.
Jumpers no longer auto reload and clip size is capped at 8.

New Sniper only Spawn Exits that Lead to each Teams Respective Sniper Roof
Moved the Teleport Location for the Bottom Spawn Doors Farther Away from the Door (So people aren't instantly outside again)
Connected the Lounge to the Map with Hallways Instead of a Teleport Trigger
Added New One-way Team Specific Doors Outside the Main Spawn Exits that Lead into Each Teams Barn House
Players that Use the Spawn Teleport Doors Have a Teleporter Effect
Players that Use the Jump Pads have Teleporter Particles for 2 Seconds
Jump Pads Have Been Changed to Launch Players Up at an Angle Instead of Onto the Roofs

Fixed Melee Only Triggers not Working.
Fixed the 1 Hour Clock Chime not Working.
Extended Melee only Trigger From Hidden Library onto Roof just Outside.
Possible Fix Towards a Weird Collision Bug on the Hill in Front of the Small Tower on Blu's Side.
Tweaked Roof Textures to Make Them More Uniform and Even.
All Climbable Ladders are No Longer Instant Travel Ramps. (You have to jump up them now.)
Added Ladders to the Crates to Climb out the Windows inside the Barn/Warehouse Areas.
Added a Couple Ladders for Easier Access the Roofs for Non-Jump Classes.
Slightly Flattened a Couple Roofs
Added Some Slow Parkour Routes to the Roofs to Allow Access to Non-Jumpers.
Converted More Stairs into Props.
Added Buttons for Rain or Snow Particles to the Dev Room (They are only manually activated via the dev room. DX8 versions have half the particles and render distance. They won't render if you have tf_particles_disable_weather set to 1.)
PSA: Avast / AVG antivirus collecting browser information
A recent Vice[www.vice.com] report detailed the free antivirus company collecting and selling browser history (including URL, visiting time, order of site visits, search engine query terms, links clicked on Amazon, etc.) to third-party companies.
The data sharing is supposedly opt-in and shows up as during an installation screen for new users and as a prompt for existing users, but the article suggests there are some users have not been made aware of this. So beware.
